From day one, you will understand the key targets you need to hit in order to progress from trainee all the way up to Director. There's no limit to how quickly you progress as long as you stay on target. We predict that with all the support and training you will receive junior consultants can progress to recruitment consultants within 6 months. Can you beat the record of two? You'll have regular catch up's with the management team to help you manage the pace of your workload and your career. With progress comes more responsibility, freedom and, most importantly, CASH MONEY!
We understand the importance of training whether it be inhouse from our Directors, online training, or through visiting industry experts. We've made significant investments in our training and development program which is spearheaded by our dedicated internal trainer who has over 15 years of recruitment experience. Every junior consultant is enrolled in our training academy and has the support of every member of staff in the business. We also provide bespoke training sessions for consultants who are looking to move into management and director roles - based on your style of working.
