From day one, you will understand the key targets you need to hit in order to progress from trainee all the way up to principle consultant. There's no limit to how quickly you progress as long as you stay on target. We predict that with all the support and training you will receive trainee consultants can progress to recruitment consultants within 6 to 12 months. With progress comes more responsibility, freedom and, most importantly, money.
