We are seeking a specialist in the area of early to mid-level qualified and/or senior leadership accounting and finance roles. By adopting a professional services-style consulting approach, we will not review your activity by traditional 'agency' KPIs. Instead, we will look at the only measure that matters - a successful long term outcome, for both candidate and client.
You are keen to work as a specialist, and may be looking to move on from a dated large 'agency' model to join a boutique firm where you can work under your own initiative and in an environment where creativity and problem solving trumps KPIs for their own sake. Alternatively you may be looking for a change of boutique firms. A natural problem solver, you are a confident communicator who is at ease consulting with clients and candidates, rather than working as an order-taker. You take care to cultivate long term business relationships, have a strong work ethic, and are motivated to work alongside recruiters who are seen as genuine leaders in their chosen markets. You may be keen to work solely as a principal consultant, alternatively you may wish to build a leadership career - both are fine with us! You have a flair for communicating to your target audience whether through great adverts, social media or face-to-face, and fully embrace modern recruitment methodologies.
