About the role.

We are looking for someone to come in lead, inspire and motivate our existing Recruitment team to high performance. 

You will need a solid understanding of recruitment across different sectors, and you’ll be able to mentor and coach others to succeed within their roles. 

You’ll have the chance to manage and run your own recruitment desk, and if you’re ambitious, hungry to succeed and ready to make things happen, we would love to speak with you about how we could support your next career move with a forward-thinking, strengths-based organisation…

What we are looking for.

We are looking for an experienced consultant who can demonstrate expertise in hitting personal sales targets and prior leadership/management experience.  

You will be exceptionally organised and able to effectively manage your time, your pipeline, and your overall workload.  

We are looking for someone passionate and ambitious about developing your career in recruitment and will be able to maintain a high level of activity towards your goals without direct supervision. 

You will be comfortable training, coaching, and leading peers, and hold strong interest for continuously building knowledge and expertise in all things business, psychology, leadership, and people development. 

You’ll be resilient, and determined to achieve results so we can grow the business together.
