To do well in this role, you’ll need to understand how to identify great recruitment talent, and have the skills and experience to build a pipeline to help us meet our objectives as a business. Ideally, we are looking for someone with proven track record in recruiting recruiters, whether that be at an agency or as a Rec2Rec. However, if you have a different background that you think would set you up well for this role, do get in touch - we’re looking for the right person, not just a CV. If you’ve worked in an Internal Recruitment role, implementing culture and process, but no experience hiring recruiters, then we would also like to speak to you, This is a critical role for us as a business, and we’re looking for someone with the passion and skills to help us achieve our goals.
You’ll have a blank canvas to implement your own processes and procedure, with ownership of the full lifecycle of the recruitment for LinuxRecruit. This will include areas like: * Implementing and managing applicant tracking systems to monitor key aspects of the recruitment process and hone an optimal hiring process. * Developing a long-term recruitment strategy, including the development of our brand, and identification of promotional opportunities. * Working with the leadership team to drive the LinuxRecruit culture forward, and implement company benefits and perks. * Working with the management team to identify and mitigate any employee retention issues, as well as with areas like performance reviews. * Managing onboarding and induction process, and ensuring we are creating a positive candidate and new hire experience at every stage.
You will be paid a bonus on each placement, you'll receive a good salary and benefits. You'll also get to be a part of the LinuxRecruit team, where we regularly come up with ways to celebrate hard work, whether that's going go-karting, or getting some drinks into the office to toast a great week! There's also a larger lunch club and quarterly holiday target for those on track with their targets. We have a great open plan office in the heart of London, near Monument/Bank station, so it's really easy to reach us by tube or bus. The office also has showers and secure bike storage available if you like to cycle in! The office has lots of break-out areas, and a roof terrace complete with cafe/bar with amazing views of the city where you can pick up breakfast, lunch or an after work drink. Just outside you'll find lots of places to grab food or shop your lunch break away.
