THE TEAM

We're currently a close-knit team of consultants covering both Perm and Contract, and we have plans to grow to 25 in the next 12 months. We currently work well together, with the right balance of competitive spirit and community that means each consultant can achieve, without impacting anyone else, and we want to ensure this continues as we grow, and you'll have a central role in internal recruitment and onboarding. You will also support the director in managing each consultant, working with them constructively to improve their skills and acumen.

You'll need to have the ability to manage and grow a Sales team, with a solid track record of being a hands-on recruiter. You'll also need the people skills to manage a team. You'll need to show that you aren't afraid to have a difficult conversation and you know how to manage recruitment situations. What this role will provide is a set opportunity to move into a Directorial role, and will help accelerate your career in the recruitment industry. We're a fast paced, well respected agency with a solid foothold in the Open Source industry.
