Linux Recruit are true specialists in their market, which means they have the same buy-in from clients as a larger brand, with all of the benefits of working for a smaller agile business. They run the biggest DevOps meetup in the world at over 5,000 attendees and their Trainees have billed over £200k in their first year. There's bags of autonomy, based out of a truly impressive office. This is an awesome culture which harbours success and above all, enjoyment in being successful.
We pay higher than market average salaries & have a uncapped, no threshold, monthly commission scheme. We do all of the things you would expect from a recruitment agency, such as; - Monthly lunch clubs - Annual holidays - last year we went to Vegas & this year we've Chartered a boat to sail around the Croatian islands. - Quarterly team building events - past events include: Escape rooms, flight club and the crystal maze. We also believe in ensuring the health & wellbeing of our employees and offer: - Extended lunch breaks to ensure you fit in your work-out - £50 towards your fitness membership - Feel good Friday's (team yoga maybe a massage or a healthy lunch) - Cycle to work scheme - Perkbox - packed full of savings, discounts & freebies.
We are a small but friendly bunch of recruiters with a real passion for what we do. We are fully immersed in our focus markets on a community level & regularly run events & push out content to industry. We spend all day together but still love to socialise & are lucky enough to have a bar (with great views) on the roof to wind down in after a productive day in the office. We collaborate with our clients at the forefront of the DevOps community; acting as educators and thought leaders, rather than typical pushy sales types. You usually have to take it with a pinch of salt when an agency says that, but in all honesty there hasn’t been a cold-call made in this office since about 2013 (no absurd KPIs - check!).
