You usually have to take it with a pinch of salt when an agency says that, but in all honesty there hasn’t been a cold-call made in this office since about 2013 (no absurd KPIs - check!). Our clients trust us inherently to add value to their company, as well as the community as a whole, and so we’re looking for people to come on board and help us maintain that, already sterling, reputation.
This role is a key hire for us, we need someone that understands the DevOps space to come in & manage one of our biggest, and most high profile clients. We have a consistent steady stream of roles from this particular partner. Our ideal recruit is someone who can nurture, maintain and grow the existing relationship; ensuring the delivery of the perfect candidate every time. The roles will be a range of different levels of seniority, with a focus more on perm Cloud and Software engineers (although you should always be ready for a bit of a curveball role!) Our relationship with this particular client shows no signs of slowing down, so there is also huge earning potential here.
* You’ll need to be able to build rapport quickly - we want them to trust you inherently, and turn to you for industry advice, as well as new candidates *A good foundation in recruitment - able to source and deliver excellent quality candidates every time *Willing to throw themselves into the community - we’re talking conferences, meetups, online content...just think of that network you could grow yourself! *Happy to earn lots of money - how much you earn is entirely up to you, but we’ve had trainees bill over 200k and our top billers are bringing in over 500k. There is a caveat though; when you hit your target you end up being taken out for fancy lunches and whisked away on trips abroad. Sorry.
