It is where we encourage constructive feedback, build internal awareness and education of our business operation, and ask for suggestions about how to improve. These meetings are held on a quarterly basis as we believe in constantly refreshing our approach and giving each of our employees a chance to have their voice heard. All notes and actions from this meeting will be documented in the internal newsletter which is distributed to the business every three months. In the past, we’ve hosted sessions surrounding our benefits and perks. Rather than just second-guessing what our employees want we have discussed in length about what drives and incentives them, and ultimately how we can make Blayze a great place to work.
