The Role!

We partner with some of the most disruptive technology-focused businesses in the world, enabling them to find and recruit the talent required to fuel their growth ambitions and we are hiring for a recruiter to help us continue to grow at a pace!

The role of the Talent Acquisition Partner is extremely dynamic. You will be the first point of contact for all prospective candidates coming into the business, so you must understand and wear the qualities of the Stott and May brand – QSE (Quality, Speed Execution).  

You will have the opportunity to guide our hiring needs across our East Coast and West Coast US offices. You will actively headhunt candidates and be responsible for a continuous pipeline of top talent, alongside competitor and market trends in the technology recruitment industry. 

You will meet candidates, sell the brand and act as a true ambassador for what it means to work with us! 

What we look for!

• Previous experience of recruiting within either a technology company or an agency partnering with technology companies
• Working in an agency environment would be advantageous
• Ability to write clear and compelling job specifications and adverts
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including on the telephone/VC;
• Advanced interviewing skills
• Sharp and astute 
• Creative and comfortable generating fresh strategies in attracting top talent
