The Role!

The Learning and Development Consultant will be responsible for the sales and induction training of recruitment consultants across the business in a hands-on, operational environment. The L&D consultant will focus on taking a lead role in the training of junior consultants to meet the business and individual needs.   

This is an opportunity for an ambitious or aspiring L&D professional to join a
market-leading, fast-growing recruitment business, in a challenging and
career-developmental role. 

If you are a successful 360 recruitment consultant who loves working within the industry but wants to move away from the sales side of the job, this could be for you. Alternatively, if you are an individual with some L&D experience within recruitment wanting more responsibility and fast paced growth this would be a great opportunity to do so. Both profiles will be considered.  

Key Results and Key Responsibilities

Deliver robust training and development, supporting consultants across the group   

· Take an active role in the design and maintenance of the training material, including ongoing maintenance to ensure its up to date and relevant. 

· Improve performance through implementing and maintaining a dynamic and challenging sales culture.  

· Deliver and own the Academy and consultant focussed training programmes 

· One-to-one desk and virtual sales/process coaching  

· Providing verbal and written feedback to Consultants and key stakeholders/managers - highlighting strengths and development areas to ensure follow up and implementation  

· Conduct onboarding training for new group staff  

· Conduct Training needs analysis on individuals and make recommendations to the Head of L&D and senior Stakeholders based on your findings
