Principal Recruitment Consultant

• As a principal recruiter you will operate in a 360 role, proactively headhunting candidates, developing and establishing new business relationships with clients. • Facilitate the end to end recruitment process • Lead by example in business development including sales planning, activity and quality outcomes • In conjunction with manager, where applicable, develop an effective sales plan for the team including target clients • Monitor and report on team’s activities and performance to management and at team meetings as required • Continuously develop local market and specialism expertise • Ensure team is facilitating the end to end recruitment process • Ensure the Stott and May brand is represented professionally by all team members in all interaction with candidates and clients, including on the phone, face to face and in writing • Assist Manager with training, coaching and mentoring, particularly in the area of business development
