Responsibilities: -Delivering a 3 month induction program for all new starters -Working on desk coaching, role plays and one on one training and development -Coordinating logistics for classroom and virtual training sessions -Continuously developing training skills and methods working with recruiters to ensure they are aligned with their CPP targets -Upskilling and mentoring -Tracking sales activity and KPIs through company CRM system Job Requirements: -2 years min 360 recruitment experience and proven in billing -Strong organizational, planning, communication and presentation skills -Exceptional administrative and time management skills -Ability to effectively present information, coach and train employees -Strong motivation, initiative and a positive attitude -Desire to develop into a global role, we will pay for your L&D certifications
