As part of our Software Engineering teams, you will act as a partner to clients who are undergoing change and transformation within technology. We work with a range of organizations from VC backed startups to large enterprises, all of whom have put innovation in technology at the very center of their business model. You will be technology focused operating across industry, tasked with selling contingent and retained recruitment solutions from single hires to teams of Engineers. We are looking for someone to lead a team, this will involve mentoring and hiring junior team members whilst also generating new business. You of course earn individual but also team commission.
