About us
In late 2009, Stott and May was founded on the belief that hiring managers should never have to make the choice between time to hire and quality of candidate. We noticed a gap in the market for a search offering that can combine the speed of contingent recruitment with a high value, high touch, insightful service more commonly found in the executive search space. A talent solution that's helpful, engaging and stacked full of value add.

CSR
At Stott and May, we have three pillars that form the foundation for our CSR projects: Fundraising, Community and Environmental.
As part of our Community programme, we track the hours we spend working with the community (CV writing, interview prep, donating suit items to Suited & Booted and donating hampers to local NHS midwives).
As part of our Fundraising programme, we track the monetary amount we raise and donate to charities (through fundraisers such as; sponsored bike rides, bake sale events, race nights, pool competitions, competing in the Tough Mudder and the Bloomberg Square Mile relay race).
As part of our Environmental programme, we track how we reduce our carbon footprint (such as; hours spent cleaning up the local community, bike2work scheme and recycling). We support multiple charitable organisations ranging from large charities to smaller charities all of which are close to our employee’s hearts. These include: Blind dogs UK, Mind, Safe Horizon and Motor Neurone Disease. We certainly love a challenge and communicate and celebrate our successes globally to encourage further team and family spirit across our organisation.
