We are looking for an ambitious, money motivated and quality driven candidate to work within the Digital Sales space across the USA. Although the first 3-5 months will be heavy in business development, once you have built up your client base this will turn into a 360 recruiter role, giving you full accountability of your desk and your earnings! Ideally you will come from a recruitment background with knowledge of the Digital landscape however if you are in sales within the industry and want to switch over then we would also consider this background. Most of all, we want energetic, committed, money motivated and resilient individuals to join us. Let's talk about the good stuff ...Commission 🤑 We have a market leading commission structure here at UA (as noted by the team at Hunted) meaning that you can earn some serious money. In fact, top billers earn $15.5k a month in commission - and this isn’t too good to be true, we can prove it! Commission is triggered by hitting 50% of monthly target and goes as follows: Bill 100% - 20% Bill 70% - 14% Bill 50% - 10% Annual average on comms : 22.5% on billings over $350k, 25% on billings over $438k *When placing a candidate within a client you have personally sourced, the rate of commission is 25%.
