As part of our exciting growth plans we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our candidate sourcing functions. Our teams are based out of our Altrincham and Manchester offices but we can offer total flexibility around remote working, or hybrid working if preferred, after initial training. 

This is a non-sales role, working on high profile candidate attraction campaigns for some of our biggest clients, like the Co-op, EDF Energy, and Siemens. As part of our expanding team, you’ll play a key part in identifying, qualifying and supporting candidates through their recruitment journey. 


· Providing an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to placement, and beyond 

· Collaborating with Account Managers to understand the staffing needs of clients 

· Working in a fast paced, target driven environment 

· Managing candidates from a pre-screening call and coordinating interviews, to offer management or rejection from the process, if appropriate 

· Advertising vacancies on external job boards and social media 

· Managing advert responses and providing feedback to successful / unsuccessful candidates 

We are looking for people who are IT literate, great communicators, passionate about providing a fantastic service, and driven to succeed. Recruitment or customer service experience would be preferred, however you will be provided with full induction training and support within your role.

Our salary guidance is between £19,000-£23,000, depending on previous experience, and all recruitment roles come with an additional commission package. We also offer structured training and support to enable all our employees to develop within our organisation, and unlock their potential.
