Job Summary

We are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Infrastructure / Engineering division, with an emphasis on recruitment delivery to a number of key client accounts within the utilities and water sector. We are happy for this role to either be 100% remote within the UK, or on a hybrid basis with any of our regional offices such as Altrincham or London. 

Basic salary on offer will be £28,000-£36,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme. Other benefits include group pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus banks, an additional four "Re-Load days" off, holiday purchase scheme, enhanced maternity and paternity pay / leave, £1000 employee referral scheme, flexible working, employee assistance programme and long service awards (ranging from weekends away to vouchers and paid sabbaticals). Although paused during lockdown periods in 2021, we are also looking to reinstate a number of additional incentives in
2022 such as quarterly lunch clubs, employee / team of the quarter prizes, and team socials. 

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE 
We are keen to hear from experienced Recruitment Consultants with specialist knowledge of recruiting for engineering roles within the Utilities / Water sector. We have a longstanding reputation within this area and this person will be given a portfolio of major key client accounts to service. 
The emphasis of this role will be to deliver against existing key accounts, while also identifying any new areas for growth in conjunction with the wider team and Client Solutions department. 
We have clear cut routes for progression and career paths available for both managerial and Principal Consultant roles, as well as into other areas of our wider business such as Account Management on the delivery / RPO / MSP side, or strategic client engagement. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  
Working within a specialist vertical market, you will be - responsible for the full recruitment process, from developing - relationships with existing clients, taking briefs from hiring managers, through to candidate qualification and managing the interview / offer process - Use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools in order to proactively build your candidate and client network  - Attending face to face client and candidate meetings  - Identifying and capitalising on cross-selling opportunities for the Infrastructure team, as well as the wider business - Providing an excellent, professional service to clients and candidates alike 
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE  
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Delivery Consultant / Resourcer, ideally at Senior level with proven exposure to recruiting  - Ideally, you will have knowledge of the utilities / water sector although we are happy to consider applications from experienced recruiters in other fields  - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport easily at all levels  - Able to work autonomously with strong time management skills
