About:

Due to continued growth of the team we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the well-established Infrastructure division in our Altrincham office. We are offering a competitive basic salary (£26,000-£36,000 dependent on experience), with an uncapped commission scheme paying up to 33% of personal billings, plus additional quarterly and annual incentives. Our consultants are well supported with an award-winning Marketing department, and we have also made a number of senior hires within the last 12-18 months who are focussed on strategic business development, opening up significant new avenues for our Recruitment teams.

Summary of the role

We are keen to hear from experienced Recruitment Consultants with specialist knowledge of recruiting Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers / Contracts Managers / Procurement Staff within the built environment, infrastructure or engineering sectors. We have an existing reputation within this area and regularly receive instructions from key clients for these types of roles, and we are looking for a Senior Consultant who can manage this area and further develop this vertical for us. The role will be a 360 recruitment position, working with a broad range of existing and new clients, and you will also benefit from current business that has been developed over the past two years. We have clear cut routes for progression and career paths available for both managerial and Principal Consultant roles, as well as into other areas of our wider business such as Account Management on the delivery / RPO / MSP side, or strategic client engagement.

Responsibilities

- Working within a specialist vertical market, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process, from client business development through to candidate qualification and managing the interview / offer process - Use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools in order to proactively build your candidate and client network - Attending face to face client and candidate meetings - Identifying and capitalising on cross-selling opportunities for the Infrastructure team, as well as the wider business - Providing an excellent, professional service to clients and candidates alike What we're looking for: - Previous experience as a proven 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally at Senior level with proven exposure to recruiting - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport easily at all levels - Able to work autonomously with strong time management skills
