We're growing!

Due to the continued growth of our IT Staffing division, and the appointment of a number of key hires across the group within the last 18 months, we are looking for an experienced permanent Recruitment Consultant to join the IT division in our central Manchester office.

Summary of the Role

We are interested to hear from experienced permanent Recruitment Consultants, ideally with a background in our core markets (IT / Technology, Business Change, Project Management, Digital, Data / Business Intelligence or Cyber Security), although we can also consider strong consultants from other verticals also who are looking to specialise in IT. We offer uncapped, market-leading commission up to 33% of billings, and genuine remote / flexible working options with a number of consultants in this team taking full advantage. We have also recently revamped our learning and development programme, offering all consultants realistic opportunities to develop into managerial level roles.

To succeed in this role you'll need...

Previous permanent recruitment experience, ideally within an IT/Technology/ Change market although all disciplines considered. Ability to work autonomously and proactively manage own desk – we don’t like to micromanage! Able to work collaboratively within a team that supports each other with cross-selling and lead/client/candidate generation.
