Rullion isn't just changing the recruitment industry, they are reshaping it. From their strong team culture and values, to their countless benefits, Rullion's got you covered. At Rullion, they work to lead inclusion and diversity initiatives with their clients as well as their own employees. You'll be a part of a mature, professional team who take part in regular L&D training sessions, quarterly reward Lunch Clubs, and even help to raise money for charities. On top of that, they offer flexible or remote working hours and for those who stay a while, even a paid sabbatical. Welcome to Rullion!
For our first Lunch Club of 2020, 10 of our stand-out colleagues were joined by our CEO for an all expenses paid lunch at Hawksmoor, Manchester.
Every quarter, 10 employees who have gone above and beyond in their role are selected to attend an all-expenses-paid lunch at one of Manchester's top restaurants. Whether you work in Sales, Support Services or anywhere else in the business, every Rullion employee is eligible.
We don't do strict dress codes. We have a Dress for Success policy which means you can dress up or dress down, depending on the nature of your role.
We're reshaping the recruitment industry. We call it The Rullion Way. It's honesty, consistency and more than a touch of humanity. It's our unspoken understanding that recruitment is about more than filling jobs and placing candidates. Our customers rely on us to transform their careers and businesses; that's a big responsibility. We work together as #OneRullion, using our collective experience, data insight and agility to help our customers unlock their potential.
We're proud to be one of the few recruitment companies that offers both flexible working and remote working to all our employees.
From increased focus and productivity to reduced stress levels, yoga comes with a whole host of benefits which is why we have lunchtime yoga classes!
There's plenty of opportunities to get involved in CSR initiatives and raise some money for charity- whether that be on behalf of Rullion or one of our clients. Here's some of our team who took part in a charity abseil down the Trafford Centre for British Red Cross.
As well as our Lunch Club, we also have both Employee of the Quarter and Team of the Quarter up for grabs. During Lunch Club, one individual is chosen as Employee of the Quarter for their outstanding work during the previous quarter and is further awarded £1,000 in vouchers of their choice! We recognise partnerships are powerful, so at the end of every quarter, one team is recognised for their exceptional teamwork. Each member of the team will receive up to £250 in vouchers.
More than money Partnerships are powerful Actions speak louder than words People are priceless Reputation is everything
Did you know that having breakout areas can help reduce stress at work, whilst increasing productivity and creativity. That's why we have at least one breakout space in each of our offices.
We deliver MSP and RPO solutions to clients up and down the country, which means we have on-site teams across the UK.
We lead various diversity and inclusion initiatives on behalf of our clients to encourage a more diverse workforce. For one of our large clients, we successfully raised their female engineering population from 12% to 29%.
We're passionate about providing the tools and experiences to encourage our colleagues to speak more openly about their mental health. We recently invited Dan Rowe from Andy's Man Club to our Altrincham office, and a number of our managers have had Mental Health First Aid training.
Our average length of service is six years, and we really do appreciate that our people are priceless. That’s why we want to honour those who stay, who are helping us to become a leader across the recruitment landscape. From paid sabbaticals, all expenses paid hotel and West End theatre trips, to gift cards and long service lunches, we give you the choice in how you celebrate special landmarks.

We've collaborated with global brands to hold events on various topics, from cyber security to women in infrastructure, to IR35.
We pride ourselves on our mature, professional environment which also allows people to enjoy work! But this isn't only led by managers - we introduced our 'Culture Club' in 2019, ensuring that employees from every area of the business can have their say in our culture, and suggest ideas for improvements. We conduct quarterly employee engagement surveys to ensure that every voice is heard, and have rolled out a number of changes in response - such as our "Dress for Success" policy, the ability for everyone to work remotely, and introducing more social events like our company-wide "Who wants to be a Rullionnaire" quiz.
Our long service paid sabbaticals mean you can take the holiday of a lifetime.
We've established clear career pathways so our colleagues know exactly what they need to do to take their development to the next level.
