Business Support

With a workforce of 200+ employees, we have an exceptional back office support structure to ensure our consultants can really maximise their time spent in work, and focus on the candidate / client facing elements of their roles

  • Internal Recruitment Team

    A dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner ensures that managers can focus on supporting their own teams instead of getting tied up in their own recruitment

  • Finance Team

    We have a sizeable Finance team, covering all elements of billing, credit control, and payroll, including all contractor queries. We also have a dedicated Candidate Services team who handle all elements of prescreening and onboarding

  • People/HR Team

    Our People team are proactive business partners, supporting the business across employee relations, engagement, learning and development, and recruitment

  • Resourcer Support

    Several of our teams benefit from dedicated resourcers, who focus on finding the right talent and free up our consultants' time to engage with clients

  • Team Support

    Our experienced Business Support team can assist with a wide variety of admin tasks, such as expenses, hotel stays, travel bookings, job boards etc.

    From 2020 onwards we have partnered with the Princes Trust, a national charity which supports vulnerable young people. We have a dedicated team at Rullion who manage our fundraising activities, such as our "Million Makers" ball in September 2021 and our "Trek to the North Pole" in December 2021, with the aim of raising £10,000 for the charity throughout the year.
    We also partner with Ambitious about Autism, a national charity for children and young people with autism, working closely with our client partners to facilitate internships and employment opportunities, and raise awareness of the benefits of a neurodiverse workforce.
