You will be working as a 360 recruitment consultant on an international basis focusing on both retained and contingent executive search. This is the opportunity to work on an international level, which will allow you to evolve your skill set and connections. You will be responsible for your own schedule; booking and attending meetings globally. So far this year, members of this team have travelled to Australia, Germany, Italy, America and Canada. You will be working on roles with salaries of £40k up to circa £200k which creates a very lucrative opportunity. The top performer in this team earned £180k last year and is on track to bill £500,000 this year so far.
