The team here at River have recently travelled to Singapore, Hong Kong, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and France with further trips to Europe, the US and Asia planned in the coming months.
River started in a box room in a leased office which had no windows. Following our first successful placement, we upgraded to a room with windows and a little more space. River has been slowly upgrading the office space year on year until 2015 when we finally moved into our own office in central Covent Garden which can facilitate our growth plans until 2020...
We are continuously investing in our IT software and hardware to improve them. We regularly upgrade our computers, replacing the older computers first, one by one. All our software licenses are updated monthly to the newest versions available, along with updates on our database and database email integration system. Our current environment utilises the very latest enterprise grade CRM systems and databases making them accessible and editable from anywhere on the planet with an internet connection. We have created a cloud set up for our employees where it’s possible for consultants to work remotely, particularly during international travel as we have consultants working in different time zones so if it suits for them to do early morning calls at home and come in when appropriate, they can do.
