The role will be to build, develop and maintain relationships with candidates by offering a consultative recruitment solution to meet their needs. You'll develop an understanding of your specialist market sector through candidate generation, networking and research so that you can really sell the position to candidates. While you’ll be niche in terms of sector, you’ll get to work with a very broad client base, from cool creative agencies to investment banks, taking in charities and tech start-ups en route.
