Am I a Futurehead?

We’re not your typical recruitment business, we work hard and get some phenomenal results but we openly put our people first. If you want to work with genuinely nice people who care about what they do (and have a bit of fun along the way) then we might be for you!

Who will you be working with?

Our team are a diverse bunch. We have career recruiters who know their markets like the back of their hands, graduates who are learning the ropes, and others who've transitioned from other careers in areas like music, events management and design and bring extensive industry experience to the party. We have a great back office team, comprising Marketing, Operations, Finance and Compliance folks who can support you. We also have a number of part-time parents in our ranks, and we're more than happy to discuss flexible working options if that's something you need. What we all have in common (other than a love of cake), is a shared belief in the power of being nice. Why not get in touch and come meet the gang?

Managing Director - Nathan Callaghan

All our senior team, sit with everyone else in our lovely open plan office, so they are always on hand to help.

Proudly collecting our third Great Place To Work award!

We're committed to your career progression

There's lots of opportunity to advance knowledge and skill, with external trainers, coaching sessions and on the desk training, quarterly workshops, lunchtime masterclasses, and industry expert visits. We will always focus on your strengths rather than looking for weaknesses. We have a team of really motivated consultants and resourcers who want to continue to improve and develop and be the best they can be.

We’re a happy bunch who like to collaborate and share success. We like people, and we like to see people and businesses do well. If we can play a part in that, we’re extra happy.

Our Senior Management Team

Why work for us? We're an award-winning business

We’re passionate about our company culture, so we are delighted to have been named a Great Place to Work in 2014, 2016 and 2018 in the UK small business category, ranking within the top three companies. We’ve also won special awards for Excellence in Leadership, Excellence in Learning and Development and for being a Great Workplace for Women. We have also have been listed in London Stock Exchange’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, and appeared on the Recruiter Hot 100 list, which celebrates agencies with the largest gross profit per employee.

Why work for us? A dynamic digital market

The digital industry is growing, fast-moving and highly engaged with recruitment, yet very skills-short. There is a real need for a genuinely consultative approach – smart recruiters have a clear opportunity to over- achieve on billings and enjoy a huge variety of work. Our deep experience in digital means we can help you navigate the market quickly.

Why work for Futureheads? A smarter way to work

Everyone specialises in a specific digital discipline, building really deep knowledge with a niche network. We hire recruiters who are interested in becoming experts in a field, and help them build really credible knowledge which adds value to our customers. All Consultants run dual desks across contract and perm as we believe this delivers continuity of service to clients, and maximises earning potential for you. Our collaborative culture means that your colleagues actively contribute to your success, and vice versa. Several heads are better than one!

We believe great recruitment means being active in the community. We support lots of industry events - including UX London.

If you want to work with genuinely nice people who care about what they do (and have a bit of fun along the way) then we might be for you!

We stick to what we’re good at

We recruit for a handful of digital disciplines that we know lots about, rather than tackling a bit of everything. That means a deep and genuine engagement with a niche community and its issues, conversations and events. • C-Level and Executive • Change and Transformation • Product Management • Project Management • Design & Creative •Technical • UX & Service Design

Our tech tribe members

Giving back

All of our staff are given a personal development day each year to work on personal projects or volunteer for charities. We've also supported Macmillan and Crack + Cider, a great initiative that donates clothing and feminine products to those in need. We want to reward our employees, clients and candidates for completing amazing feats for charity so the business donates generously to charitable challenges.

In support of Macmillan, the gang took on a 20km walk across Richmond.

Why work for Futureheads? Our bonus scheme

Futureheads has a unique bonus scheme which celebrates and reflects our collaborative working practices and culture. Everyone is rewarded on individual performance and company performance, reflecting their contribution to the wider business’ success. It’s a bonus scheme which engenders trust and collaboration but which also allows billers to maximise their earnings. Overall, we ensure that your total earnings (including base salary) equate to at least 30% of the Gross Profit you bill. This rises to 32% for those billing £300k+ and 34% for those at £400k+. We also ensure that non-billers, including support staff, receive a share of the company’s success, so it’s a truly inclusive scheme.

Our jam

We've got a company Spotify playlist that is on all day - so everyone can hear their fav tunes!

Our breakout area is often filled with cake.

Why Futureheads? It's a brand you can be proud of

Because we work hard, deliver, add value along the way and do it all without a fuss, we have an excellent reputation amongst hiring managers and HR teams alike. Our ethics, values and reputation wins business and helps you to succeed. And because we hire the best people, you get to work with colleagues you can trust and truly collaborate with.

Every Friday, we down tools early and celebrate our good news with a drink (or two) to toast our successes and start the weekend.
