Opportunity:
We are looking to recruit a committed, motivated and commercially minded individual to join us as an Associate Consultant with the view to progressing up quickly to a full Recruitment Consultant.

As an Associate Consultant, you will support the team in identifying candidates for specific job vacancies and proactively work with each candidate to help land them their perfect career enhancing role.

We are really keen to work with those that are serious about building a long-term career within the recruitment profession.


Duties of the role:
You’ll be building up your recruitment expertise, developing your brand and starting to build relationships with our candidates and clients. Your day to day will include but not be limited to:

Screening & shortlisting candidates for relevant job vacancies.
Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants through face to face and virtual meetings. Arranging interviews and helping applicants prepare for each interview. Develop strong, long term relationships with candidates – your network is your net worth.

You will be placed on a development plan which will give you the skills to quickly progress up to Consultant in which you will also:

Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process.
Managing client relations. Business development. Negotiating contracts and appropriate commercial terms.

Experience:
You do not need to have prior recruitment experience. With the right attitude and core competencies, we will give you the training to ensure you are a successful and highly respected Recruitment Consultant.

You’ll be provided with on the job learning and exposure to the full recruitment process cycle.

Previous office or sales experience helps but again, this is not essential. We are much more focused on ensuring that you are:

Committed Respectful of the job and those that you work with Authentic Able to work under pressure Resilient Aware that recruitment is sales and much more

One of our Managing Directors transitioned from a career working within insolvency into becoming a highly successful recruiter. Knowledge of our markets helps but again, not essential.
