Hello. We are Prismic. We're looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

We are building a Content Management System used by thousands of companies around the world. Creative developers use Prismic to build modern websites and make them easily editable by marketing teams. We've built a Trust-based selling culture focused on building long-term relationships.

The Talent Acquisition Team

We're growing a Global Talent Acquisition team. We deal with candidates around the globe, from different backgrounds and cultures, and for every single team internally (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Design, to name a few). We create everything from scratch, building and implementing new processes, tools and technologies.

Prismic is building something huge, as a product and as a company, and candidates all over the world will be aware of it.

What you'll do

- Hire, a lot!

- Raise the bar with every hire.

- Opportunity to engage in additional impactful projects to drive employee branding and talent attraction.

- Deliver against key targets and provide reporting metrics to optimise our processes and hire smarter.

- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring that everything is smooth and conducting a high-quality process.

- Take part in the Candidate Experience process, executing new projects.

- Advise hiring managers, setting up and managing expectations.

- Improve time to fill, achieving monthly targets.

What we're looking for

- We are recruiting Sources, Recruiters and Senior recruiters. Therefore if you have 2+ of experience, please apply and we're going to discuss the job that suits you best!

- Fluent English - we are an English-first company.

- Experience recruiting for Technology or Sales & Marketing - it's mandatory.

- A data-driven mindset.

- Organization.

- It would be nice to have a Startup experience.

- Experience with Technology companies would be ideal.
