About you
We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our growing People team and act as a key driver in coordinating the end to end recruitment process as well as wider activities within the talent acquisition function. 

You will be relied upon to seamlessly source, recruit and onboard fantastic talent whilst advocating our employer brand throughout the hiring process. Additionally, a key part of your role will be creating and driving a number of our recruitment marketing activities, with high levels of creative input and autonomy in landing our attraction campaigns.

The Role
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, job boards and employee referrals to find and engage active and passive candidates
- Providing a pre-qualified candidate shortlist to hiring managers who are the best match for the advertised roles
- Conducting all recruitment activities via our hiring platform including organising and conducting 1st stage interviews and screening calls for both HQ and Retail roles
- Maintaining our hiring platform to a high standard and advising hiring managers in using platform
- Maintaining our bank of job descriptions, updating and editing when needed
- Tracking metrics and pipeline activity in order to build a talent pipeline and keep in contact with talent pools for future vacancies
- Assisting in researching and pulling insights on salaries and benefits to support the people team in benchmarking
- Conceptualising and driving a range of recruitment marketing activities to widen our talent pool and promote our employer brand
- Keeping close to labour market trends, attending networking events and webinars to evolve knowledge
- Being the go-to for support across all general recruitment queries from recruiters, hiring teams and candidates
- Capturing feedback on our current recruitment and onboarding process and identifying opportunities to improve the candidate experience
- Supporting the senior talent and HR/people partners in advocating our employee value proposition and working on initiatives around key drivers of talent attraction in both HQ and Retail
- Other ad hoc talent duties as and when required such as managing the talent acquisition inbox and emails

The key skills and experience required for this role are:

- Proven experience of end-to-end recruitment (internal or agency)
- Knowledge and experience of using an ATS, job boards and other social recruiting platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment & high volume recruitment  
- A good eye for talent with the ability to screen CV’s
- Great verbal and written communication skills and ability to build fantastic working relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to build and maintain a network of candidates to grow our talent pool
- High attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills
- Passionate about people and promoting a healthy and positive culture
