About us
Realm's vision is to become the leading specialist recruitment consultancy outside of London, whilst recognising that when it works to life-work balance, life is the more important of the two.
Unhappy with the scattergun approach of some recruiters, we set up Realm in 2015 to offer something different.
On a day-to-day basis, we work hard to deliver a personal and tailored recruitment service. We’re truly passionate about the people we work with and are committed to developing long-term mutually beneficial relationships with both lawyers and law firms.
In 2018, we decided to narrow our focus and hone our proposition. We now have specialists in all core legal practice areas, with each of our consultants working within a single legal niche. Their focused approach has enabled them to develop an unrivalled depth of market knowledge and build a solid reputation as an expert within their specialist area.
Through our refreshing approach, underpinned by our five core values – to be refreshingly collaborative, consultative, dynamic, human, and niche – we help to develop careers and sustainably grow law firms.
