Financial Benefits

As we're only looking for experienced consultants we like to think we pay fairly (£basic) for that experience. What we do try to focus on is rewarding people very generously for their financial contribution, both with an excellent and clear commission structure and also with the flexibility and home/life balance we all crave.

  • Visible Commission Structure

    Commission is monthly, with a threshold of £5k per month, after which you earn the following percentages: 5-10k - 20% (eg 10k month = 1k Bonus) 10-20k - 30% (eg 20k month = 1k + 3k = 4k Bonus) 20k - 40% (eg 30k month = 1k + 3k + 4k = 8k bonus)

  • Pension Scheme

    Nest Pension Enhanced Pension Scheme after 3 years service: 2% of yearly billings paid directly (tax-free) into your pension

  • Annual Bonus

    No annual bonus, but an enhanced package after 3 years including up to £12k per annum extra bonus, extra holiday and hugely improved pension contributions
