About us
Our success has always been built on our core philosophy – ‘taking the long term view’ and having just celebrated our ten year anniversary, it seems to be working.
We chose our name carefully, because to us a sustainable business is based on establishing relationships for the long term. We will partner with you, ask the right questions to understand your business needs and proactively seek out the best contract and permanent talent in the passive market.
We specialise in placing accounting, finance and tech professionals in successful organisations across all industry sectors in Australia. Our consultants each have specialist niche vertical expertise in their field, enabling a proactive approach to the passive candidate market to unearth the “best in market” talent that isn’t usually actively applying to job boards.
Our long term outlook also extends to the way we work with our candidates. We believe in making connections that will last throughout your career. It is this approach that has led to us placing many of our candidates multiple times over, and coming back to us as clients when they are looking to recruit. We separate ourselves by being transparent. We are known for providing honest candidate and client feedback to support improvements on both ends.
We focus on understanding the needs of our clients and candidates, and one way we do this is by keeping in touch with the people that we service. - We are located in the heart of the CBD, just by Wynyard station. Everyone has a standing desk, laptop & extra monitor set up. We have plenty of couches and areas to relax away from your desk. Meeting rooms, board rooms and a comfy room too! We have a change room with lockers in the office, and the building has a bike storage area and change rooms equipped with showers, lockers, straighteners and hair dryers.
