Job Summary

Metric Search are looking for only the best Recruiters to join our team of successful £1M billers. 

Due to our recent success, we’re expanding the Leadership team, who will be an integral part of our core and will help shape the future of the business.

· Annual base salary negotiable (DOE) 

· Uncapped commission structure up to 60% 

· 25 days holiday + bank holiday 

· Regular paid socials

· International trips to our NYC HQ 


· Working within a core market, operating within your own individual sector, and delivering search solutions at the highest level. 

· Business Development and attracting new accounts.  

· Responsible for Account Management of current clients.  

· Full autonomy and responsibility for the recruitment process.  

· Mentoring, developing and managing trainee consultants.  


· Strong Track Record of Billings

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience.  

· Desire to grow and manage a team. 

· Strong knowledge & understanding of the Permanent 360 recruitment model.
