Madison Bridge is looking for bright and ambitious IT Recruitment Delivery Specialists to join our busy team focussing on the Central European market. The team focuses on delivery and sourcing top talent rather than business development itself. If you’re an Account Manager or 360 Consultant looking to transition away from business development, this is a great role to suit you.

 · Proven experience (12 months+) in agency recruitment working within any European Region

· Degree educated (Desirable) 

· A strong work ethic and determination to succeed 

· Big personality- You are a confident and clear communicator and enjoy speaking to people  

 · Key Account Management of key Madison Bridge accounts and partners. 

· Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (180 Delivery) 

· Sourcing candidates with; LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, Bullhorn, Google X-ray
Searching 

· Familiarity with CRM and ATS systems; Bullhorn 

· Writing job adverts and publishing across multiple platforms 

· Speaking to candidates and managing them through the hiring process 

· Scheduling interviews and briefing candidates to ensure they are fully prepared 

· Build strong client relationships. 

· Build strong candidate relationships. 

· Able to work at pace and use data to influence your approaches

 · 75 days off per year! We work Monday-Thursday plus we get 23 days holiday + 1 day per year of service (28 Days max) + Bank Holidays
