Competitive salary
Commission up to 40% uncapped


We’re looking for experienced tech recruiters to help deliver into our ever-growing portfolio of hedge funds, investments banks, & other fintech clients worldwide. You must be a delivery-focused individual who can manage the entire recruitment lifecycle independently. You’ll be walking straight into a warm desk with minimal need for active business development.

You will have a proven track record of delivering technologists into any of: infrastructure, cybersecurity, application support, software engineering, & application development.

Must be able to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates & hiring managers/clients alike.

You need to be able to manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish. This includes qualifying business with line-managers; sourcing candidates by any-and-all necessary means; presenting qualified candidate shortlists; & managing candidates’ interview experiences through to offer-stage & post-placement support.

Being a confident and skilled communicator is essential as you’ll be working with people from entry-level right up to executives & decision-makers, you must be able to build lasting, personal relationships.

You will be self-driven. Joining a group of very high-achievers, you need the drive to reach & exceed the levels of the current team.
