Recruitment Team Manager

Gerrard White is an established brand that is now expanding into a new Manchester office and seeking our first NEW 2 x Recruitment Managers to build out our presence in the region.

You will have overall accountability for the success of your business unit through capable people management - developing and increasing the profitability of the team with strong leadership and an effective business development strategy. Leading, managing, and developing a productive recruitment team of both sales and delivery consultants.

What we are looking for

- You will have had a successful track record as a 360 Recruiter and be able to demonstrate healthy billing numbers from relationships you have built and nurtured.
- You will be ambitious, driven, and motivated to scale something special
- You will be able to demonstrate the successful development of at least 1 individual

We enjoy open communication and a collaborative working environment. You’ll hear weekly updates from the rest of the teams to share positive successes and you’ll regularly hear from the MD to find out exactly what’s going on in the business
