We're busy doubling in size in 2021, and will be 18+ by December. We'll pick up lots of exciting new clients along the way and also want to focus our attention to laying the foundations to make scout one of the best places to work for in the UK.

The Role

You’ll be embedded into one of our clients as a Talent Sourcer. Sometimes this may mean being fully plugged into email, ATS, internal comms and so on, but always with the core purpose of supporting their Talent Acquisition initiatives through pipelining and sourcing of talent for their roles.

You’ll handle everything from sourcing to submission of talent to the hiring pipeline, often managed and overseen by one of our very own Talent Partners who you may work with on an account.

● Fully plug into their business; Email, Slack, Comms, Culture etc
● Take charge of sourcing talent across a variety of roles, filling pipelines and - getting the best talent into the process
● Maintain healthy feedback scores from your client each month
● Contribute to the sourcing of other tech roles across the scout business alongside the team.
● Contribute to the growth, and shaping of the scout business as we continue our journey to becoming a leading name in the embedded talent space.

About You

We’re pretty open minded, but we think you’ll likely be able to show the following experience:

● 1+ years experience in non-tech recruitment
● Evidence of strong sourcing ability across key hiring tools including LinkedIn.
● Previous experience hiring for tech scale ups
● Super organised
● A need to ‘over communicate’
● Team Player - a ‘less me, more we’ attitude
● Proactive, positive, creative mindset
