Working onsite for a Tech Unicorn

We are looking for a driven Technical Recruiter to work permanently in-house with a rapidly growing Tech company in Dubai. They have already in a short time reached Unicorn status and are now looking for a fast-paced Technical Recruiter to help them achieve their exciting growth goals.

What you'll do:

Plan & Research
Develop and plan recruitment strategies; build our diverse communities and ensure we have the best people available for long and short term client requirements. Using deep sourcing tactics and working with the wider team to develop a leading recruiting strategy.

Evaluate
Ensure candidates are a great fit for our clients and visa versa ensuring a great client and candidate experience. You will manage the fully recruitment process, including, interviews, negotiations, and offers on behalf of our clients.

Partner
Work directly with your niche community and clients providing expertise and becoming a true partner, advising and coaching based on your expert knowledge of your area of expertise, locations & the competitive landscape.

Prioritize
Managing your own time and use your judgement on how to deliver and execute in a fast paced environment. Building and managing communities, managing multiple clients requests and ensuring great candidate and client experiences.

Who You Are:

* Self-motivated and driven; you look for solutions and impact, without being asked twice. Results are paramount. 

* You are a nerd.  In the SGP office this translates as passion for what you do the work you are involved in.

* You have at least 3 years of technical recruiting experience with demonstrable results. We want to hear all about this.
