What you'll be doing

Market mapping and Research, sourcing new candidate profiles and providing high levels of detail on the market both internally and externally 
Produce and present value-add market intelligence 
Working closely with Consultants to help coordinate recruitment processes  
Develop understanding of Financial Markets to become a go to expert in the space
