We have created a contract-focused position, working extensively with our current list of partners as well as expanding new relationships. We have a solid base of contractors with several of our clients, and your role will be to build on this and expand our number of contractors across the UK, Europe and US. It will involve networking with key stakeholders, keeping on top of the latest trends and requirements in the contract world and placing life science professionals in short- and long-term roles. We are open to hiring someone who has contract recruitment experience from another industry, or someone with life science experience who has a flair for contract and wants to focus on building a highly successful contract desk (i.e. 20+ high value contractors). We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate business developer who believes in making a difference in recruitment & the broader life science world. 

Where you will work

You will be based in our spacious, welcoming office in the centre of Horsham, which is easily accessible by car (with free parking in the shopping centre next door) or train (10 minutes' walk from Horsham station). We work Mondays and Fridays from home and Tuesday - Thursday in the office, giving a great balance of collaborative and independent working.

For over 15 years we have partnered with pharmaceutical, biotech, cell & gene therapy, rare disease and medtech businesses across the UK, Europe and US.
