About Us

 Phipps Cameron Recruitment Limited are a fast growth and dynamic boutique recruitment business working with FTSE 100, PE Backed and International Businesses in the UK & Overseas. Based in London in the heart of the West End we have built a reputation for strong delivery amongst enviable clients and require a pro-active and high calibre experienced Recruitment Consultant for our expanding M&A division. You will work under one of the Leaders within the M&A/Corporate Development space and be expected to help further develop and grow this practice which has a 50/50 mix of retained and contingent delivery. Strong Coaching and further development will be provided for individuals to allow for the opportunity of rapid career development.   

Skills and Competencies

· Will have an outgoing character, suited to consulting, influencing and selling ideas 

· Will have strong career ambition and drive 

· Be naturally confident, and a self-starter that will be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. 

· Will enjoy operating at the highest level with clients and be able to build quick rapport and engagement  

· Previous knowledge of Finance/M&A/Corporate Development is preferred but not essential. 

· Will be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic
