 Are you an experienced permanent or contract Recruitment Consultant looking to
work for a company that puts YOU first? A company where you can bill more than double the typical industry standard? One that cares about your well-being?  
  
Your skills and your new job as a Recruitment Consultant at Baltimore 
  
· You will be sales focussed and relationship led. 
· You will have a minimum of 18 months previous experience as a 360-recruitment
consultant (any discipline considered), but any experience recruiting
in the public sector a bonus! 
· You will naturally possess the gravitas and confidence to liaise
comfortably with clients at a senior level. 
· Your business development skills will be second to none, in
fact, it is one of your best skills. 
· You will know what gets you up in the morning and what drives you to achieve. 
· You will have superb day planning skills, ensuring a balance between
candidate and client work. 
· Your job will be to network with local authorities
