I'm really passionate about emerging technology, and I've been fortunate to partner with some of the world's most innovative companies over the last 10 years, building out their sales leadership teams.

My vision for WNTD is of a truly global search partner, who are highly regarded and well trusted by startups and multinationals across the tech industry.

I believe the key to leading a healthy lifestyle is keeping a healthy body and mind, so I like to hit the gym first thing before work because it fires me up for the day.

Karl Chatterjee - Co-founder

Commission Structure

Our unrivalled monthly based commission structure is uncapped and without a threshold which means you can earn on every successful placement you pull out of the bag.

You can get off the mark and start enjoying the rewards right away and as there is no ceiling to what you can earn, your earnings are only confined by the wall you build yourself.

10% : £0 - £10K
20% : £10K - £20K
30% : £20K - £30K
40% : £30K+

Karl Chatterjee - Co-founder

I've got 20 years experience in recruitment, taking ideas and turning them into successful businesses in the healthcare and tech sectors. Most notably Medicare First, established in 2004: it was one of Britain's fastest growing private companies, and a Sunday Times Best Small Company To Work For in 2010 and 2012.

I founded WNTD which presents a new and exciting challenge. Seeing others flourish around me and grasp their true potential is incredibly gratifying. Small margins can deliver big gains hence why I am continually pushing the boundaries of what and how I can achieve better myself.

Bailey – Chief of Staff

Our office pug, Bailey, is the company’s Chief of Staff. His role is to act as a powerful communicator between employees and management. He helps to mediate disputes and deal with issues before they are escalated to senior management. He is your adviser, someone to turn to in times of need, or simply a sounding board to exchange ideas. He doesn’t bite but can become a tad edgy if he feels anyone in the company isn’t pulling their weight!
