Commission Structure 💸

We take pride in valuing the efforts of our team and aim to ensure you are suitably rewarded for your hard work and success. Once your operating cost / threshold is achieved, the commission %'s are broken down below accordingly dependant on your level of experience: Consultant - 30% Senior consultant- 35% Team Manager / Business Manager – 40% Associate Director – 45% Director – 50%

Since 2013, our team has grown significantly. We now have nine consultants and research teams but our ambition is to grow our headcount to fifteen by the end of 2020. The team are highly experienced and true specialists in their designated industries, with many of the team having worked within the sectors they now recruit into.
