The TalentPool Company was set up in 2007 (just before the last recession) and whilst the economic landscape was bleak, we did it anyway. Fortunately we haven’t needed to re-invent our process too much, but our size and expertise affords us the ability to adapt to the ever-changing market climate. Since then, we've established our office in Windsor, despite the marching band (most mornings) and recently opened offices near London Bridge. We also have a few team members that work more remotely around the UK. With corporate backgrounds and humble beginnings behind us, we're grateful to have created the team and business that we have today.

We don't have a ping pong table, instead we've got a retro arcade machine! We have collectively created a fun, professional, grown up environment with experience and reputation coming to the fore. You control your career: Business planning, day to day location, working hours etc. You will also have the support of the wider team to help you achieve your goals. We're social and we like to grab a drink and a bite whenever possible, however these aren't always 'must attend' occasions. We do have team targets & incentives and often these are mini activities that we are all interested in trying. The last one was Clay Pigeon Shooting but previous days out have included: Swingers golf, team meals, horse racing and go-karting. Oh and if we deliver our Q1 team target then we are off to Vegas!!
