You will be a pivotal part of Arnold Ash Group’s approach to market within the Payments sector. Working with a variety of clients; from the most innovative SMEs in the industry to large FTSE100 powerhouses. 

As a Payments Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building,
managing and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates within the Payments industry.  

We will provide you with everything you need to succeed; all the tools, introductions, training and infrastructure to ensure you are fully equipped to really grow and develop within our business.

We’re looking for somebody with previous experience and network in the Payments industry. You will need previous experience in recruitment but you don’t need to know everything there is to know – we have a bespoke, in-house training programme. 

As a person you’ll need to be a driven, energetic and ethical person with good people /communication skills. We’llprovide you with all the tools, support and training you need and in return or we ask is that you’re willing to learn, adapt and be self-motivated.


 Arnold Ash Group have a remote working model which offers our staff the opportunity to work-from-home for up to 4 days a week. Every week we have one or two designated days in the office which focus on training, development and team building / social engagement. This model was in place prior to the COVID-19 outbreak and will continue to be in place after it.
