Formed in late 2015 by a two friends, some laptops, and two phones in a friend's apartment, we set out to address the chronic shortage of permanent GPs within UK Primary Care. There was a gap in in the GP market, that we knew we could fill. 5 years later, we've grown the team from two people, to a team of eighteen; making us the largest Recruitment Consultancy, focusing on permanent Primary Care positions, in the market. In November 2019, we won the Recruitment Agency of the year, at the General Practice Awards. 🎉

We operate a highly lucrative commission scheme designed to reward consistently excellent billlers. We pay our consultants commission on a monthly and quarterly basis, up to 20%. We can increase this to up to 35% based on performance. We don't have thresholds!
