Meet the team!
Formed in late 2015 by a two friends, some laptops, and two phones in a friend's apartment, we set out to address the chronic shortage of permanent GPs within UK Primary Care. There was a gap in in the GP market, that we knew we could fill. 5 years later, we've grown the team from two people, to a team of eighteen (and growing); making us the largest Recruitment Consultancy, focusing on Primary Care, in the market. We are also the only recruitment agency to only work on permanent positions in this space. In November 2019, we won the Recruitment Agency of the year, at the General Practice Awards and we are the only permanent Recruitment Consultancy verified by the Practice Index. 🎉

We've placed over 500 GPs in permanent positions, saving the Practices we work with a lot of money. We’ve also placed hundreds of Nurses, and helped the Practices we work with to embrace a more diverse workforce, placing Clinical Pharmacists, ECPs and Physios too. He set up the business after 5 years of working in Health Sector Recruitment. Andrew has a passion for ethical recruitment and premium levels of customer service. When not at work, Andrew loves spending time with his Wife and their two children. The family have a small ‘petting zoo’ including two dogs, two cats, two guinea pigs and some fish. Andrew and the family enjoy regular family trips, and frequent Center Parcs at different times of the year. 🐠

Commission is paid at 20% per quarter, which then moves to 35% if you're excelling in the role. We don't have thresholds, which means you earn on every pound paid.
Patrick joined the company in 2016 in an admin capacity; after learning about the business and sector, from a back-office perspective, he transferred to the role of consultant in early 2018. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys playing football, the occasional game of golf, playing his guitar and eating fish and chips. ⚽️
Elizabeth joined Menlo Park with a background in Healthcare Recruitment. She is a highly adept communicator and has a real passion for helping people, fostering long term relationships; making her a perfect fit for Menlo Park. 🤝 In her spare time, Elizabeth likes to spend time with her husband and two Husky dogs, running and undertaking outdoor events such as Total Warrior. She is looking forward to welcoming a new puppy to the family in the near future. 🐕

We invest heavily in our advertising and marketing, from exhibition shows to promotional videos. We have our own in-house graphic designer, allowing us to have full creative control of our brand. We work closely with a videographer and have produced some great videos publicising the business and explaining aspects of the recruitment process. We were recently in Somerset to produce a couple of great video testimonials from one of our most valued clients and their new employee.

James has 7 years’ experience of working in Primary Care Recruitment, in fact he was one of its earliest pioneers at a time when the use of a Recruitment Consultancy was a very foreign concept to a lot of Practices. He is an avid Sheffield United fan, and took great joy in their return to the Premier League this year. He and his wife enjoy travelling, and have been to some wonderful locations over the last 12 months, including Canada, Santorini and Singapore. 🇨🇦
