Sten Partners are an executive search firm focused within Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations & HR recruitment on a global scale. We work across a variety of different industries such as Manufacturing & Engineering, Consumer & Retail, Life Sciences, IT & Hi-Tech. We are looking for experienced individuals who want to help grow and shape our business in markets we are currently not operating in. Sten Partners are looking to invest in entrepreneurial recruiters at the following levels: -Senior Consultant (5+ years’ experience) -Principle Consultant (7+ years’ experience) -Managing Consultant (10+ years’ experience) -Associate Partner (10+ years’ experience)

We are looking for self-starters who are hungry, energetic, determined, agile with a proven track record in their respective market. As part of our growth plans we are looking to expand our business across a variety of industries and our specialist functions. Why don't you show us your business plan? Position

As Sten Partners is still in its infancy as a business (Since February 2016), we are a true challenger brand in the market with some serious competition coming from the large global executive search companies. This is a new position created and you will shape the position how you see fit and set your own limits with our expectations. We would also expect you to build a team around yourself. The roles we typically work on are Director to VP to SVP to C-Level positions (€100,000 - €400,000 salary levels+) on a global scale with 85% of our work being completed in the EMEA region. We work with global players as well as SME businesses. The choice is yours. We have placed candidates in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, USA and India so far. We want to keep the specialism we operate in but happy to discuss other synergies you feel would compliment our business model. We look forward to discussing your ideas & business plan.
