Recruitment Team Lead

The Brighton
Team Lead is a pivotal role with the objective of driving our team of consultants in the Technology Sales
GTM practice. We want to welcome applicants to apply who have never been in a
managerial position previously but have the desire and skills to enable others
and transition into an off the tools managerial role. The minimum requirement
would be 2+ years of recruitment experience within a high-fee function. The
applicant will be enrolled into our management leadership program. 
You will be responsible for 
· Driving accountability within
the team by leading morning and afternoon meetings with the team  
· Providing the management team
with weekly written feedback about each consultant’s result, mindset and
development points 
· Assessing, testing and
communicating pipeline scrutiny 
· Achieving your own targets 
· Guiding consultants to
overachieve on their targets  
· Motivating the team and
injecting energy into the sales floor  
· Executing gap analysis of
each consultant’s skill set and reporting this to management on a weekly basis 
· Forecasting CV processes 
· Driving a culture based on
productivity, accountability and mastery 
· Assessing consultants’
professional preparation, mindset and attitude
