The Role
Following a record breaking quarter where we grew our team and expanded to new offices, we are looking for contract recruiters with experience of hiring in Contract Accounting & Finance to join the team in London. Its an unique opportunity where you will be building out the DACH contract A&F market, you will have counterparts that you will work closely with who are having some great success where you'll be able to leverage off Broadgate Search key accounts.

Requirements for the Senior Contract Consultant :
- Experiance working the contract Accounting & Finance market in the UK or EU
- A self-starter who has a proven track record of winning accounts and retained
work
- Use an array of sales, business development, marketing techniques, company meet ups and networking events to engage with our clients and candidates
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs; their industry, what they do, their work culture, to become a market leading industry specialist
- Research and attend training to become an expert in your market
- Be innovative on social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
- Utilise our bespoke candidate databases to find and engage with exclusive talent
- Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
- Negotiate T&Cs, salary and consulting rates
