  We are keen to speak with Senior recruitment consultants with experience of working in Software Engineering recruitment to join our Los Angeles SODA squad. If you are a team player with an eye for engineering talent and experience with the full-lifecycle recruitment process, then Trust in SODA may just be the place for you!

Roles responsibilities for a Technical Recruiter:

Identify talent trends and leverage relative market knowledge Developing new clients across the creative space Use an array of sales, business development, marketing techniques, to engage with clients. Be innovative! Experiment with next-generation advertising and sourcing techniques Utilise our bespoke candidate databases to find and engage with exclusive talent Brief candidates around the role responsibilities Research and attend training to become a recruitment expert in your space Negotiate terms of business and salaries for candidates. 

What we look for in a Technical Recruiter:

At least 12 months recruitment experience
Experience recruiting into Tech or Digital markets
Ambition, determination, and passion to succeed
The ability to motivate and inspire other people
